BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING NOTICE

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975 c. 231 this is to advise that the Lakewood Board of Education will hold a Board Meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at the Lakewood High School Commons at 855 Somerset Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701, Door #14 from the main high school parking lot. Executive Meeting will open at 7:00pm and Public Session will open at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be in-person. Public comments will also be received at 7:30 p.m.
The Board will hold Donaldson Hearings, beginning at 5:30p.m. A Donaldson Hearing specifically addresses an individual’s Personnel Matter and due to confidentiality the virtual meeting will be held in closed session.
The agenda may also include the following:
Executive Session: Litigation, Matters of Personnel, & Negotiations. Any and all matters including but not limited to: Personnel, Award of Contracts, and Payment of Bills. Formal action may be taken.
